Returns & exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item or size, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a full refund or a free replacement and cover the return shipping.
We don’t accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or choosing the wrong size, but we can update the size, design or color if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Refunds take 2–5 days with PayPal and 3–7 business days by card.
