We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

If you’ve received:

A defective or damaged item

The wrong size or wrong product

📩 How to Request a Return

Please reach out to us with the following information:

Your order number

The product name

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photos or videos if the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described

✅ Our Solutions

1. When Hagoma Store is at fault:
If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, wrong size, damaged product, or incorrect shipping), we will:

Accept a return for a full refund

Or send a replacement at no additional cost

Once we receive your returned item, the refund will include the shipping fee to our warehouse.

2. When the customer is at fault:
◾ Incorrect Order (wrong size or product)
You may return the item, but the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (both ways).

If requesting an exchange: you pay both-way shipping

If requesting a refund: we refund item price only, not shipping costs

◾ Incorrect Address
Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded.

However, we’re happy to offer a special discount coupon for reordering. Please contact us to receive your coupon and double-check your shipping address next time.

◾ Unwanted Items
If you change your mind and no longer want the item, please report it within 3 days of receiving your order.

📦 Undelivered or Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Please check your mailbox, front porch, or with neighbors

If still not found, report the issue to your local post office or file a police report for loss/theft

📌 Note: Hagoma Store is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If the package is returned to us due to:

Incomplete or incorrect address

Refusal or unclaimed delivery

➡️ A refund will not be issued, but we will offer a discount coupon so you can reorder easily.

⚠️ Important Return Guidelines

All returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team.

If approved, you will receive an RMA form. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition

Have all original tags and packaging

Include a note with your order number and Hagoma Store written clearly

⛔ We do not accept returns for:

Swimwear

Discounted or final-sale items, unless the item is incorrect or faulty

💰 Refund & Processing Time

Returns are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your item.

Refund timeframes:

PayPal: Within 48 hours

Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Within 3–7 business days
