30-Day Return Warranty
You may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if:
You received a damaged or defective item
You received the wrong size or product
You’re unsatisfied with the item for any reason (see details below)

Our Solutions
1. When Hagoma Store is Responsible
If the issue is due to an error on our end (wrong item, defective product, incorrect shipment):
We will offer a full refund or free replacement
We will cover all return shipping fees
You’ll receive instructions and a return form (RMA) from our team
2. When the Customer is Responsible
Wrong Item or Size Ordered
You may return the item for a size or product exchange
You will be responsible for both-way shipping costs
If you choose a refund instead, we will refund the item price only (excluding original shipping)
Incorrect Address Provided
If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we cannot offer a refund
However, we’re happy to offer a special discount code so you can reorder with the correct address
Unwanted Items
If you simply no longer want the item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery
You will be responsible for return shipping
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Didn’t Receive Your Item?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item:
Please check your mailbox, doorstep, building front desk, or ask neighbors
If still missing, please report it to your local post office or file a police report
Hagoma Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
If the package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, we cannot offer a refund, but we will provide a discount code for reordering
Important Notes About Returns
All returns must be approved in advance by our support team
An RMA form will be provided — returns without RMA will not be accepted
Returned items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original packaging with tags
Accompanied by your order number and Hagoma Store name inside the parcel
No returns are accepted on swimwear or discounted/sale items — unless the item is incorrect or faulty
